In support of Identity Theft Awareness Week, Naftali Harris was interviewed by KVVU-TV's Jason Feinberg to share insight into synthetic fraud; what is it, how big a problem it is, how it impacts consumers and financial institutions. 

(Banks) are finding that the things they were doing prior (to stop fraud) just don't work for synthetic fraud, so they are having to change up how they do identity verification.
