Rescore: dive deeper into investigations

Rescore gives investigators the power to explore "what-if" scenarios and reassess risk using alternative PII. This tool is perfect for testing hypotheses about application risk, helping you differentiate between real fraud and honest mistakes with greater precision.

With rescore, you can quickly evaluate alternate scenarios such as:

• If you fix a mistake in the SSN, would that lower the score for synthetic fraud?
• If a customer tried to update their phone number, address, or email, how would that impact their identity theft score?

Manual Scoring redesign: faster, simpler, better

We reimagined Manual Scoring in 2024 to make it more intuitive and efficient. This overhaul introduced:

• A clean, modern interface to reduce navigation time.
• A “submitted today” filter for tracking and organizing recent cases.

These improvements ensure a smoother process for evaluating cases without the API.
